1. Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to LetsWed ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the LetsWed website, mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the "Platform").
By creating an account, accessing, or using our Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Platform.
2. Eligibility
To use the LetsWed Platform, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
- Not be prohibited from using the Platform under applicable law
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
3. Account Registration
3.1 Account Creation
To access certain features of the Platform, you must create an account. When registering, you agree to:

- Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
3.2 Account Security

Each individual or business may maintain only one account on the Platform. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions is prohibited.
4. User Types
LetsWed supports the following user types:
- Couples/Brides: Users planning a wedding who can browse vendors, post job requests, and access planning tools
- Vendors: Wedding service providers including photographers, videographers, florists, caterers, DJs, wedding planners, hair & makeup artists, officiants, transportation, and other wedding professionals
- Venues: Wedding venue operators including ceremony sites, reception venues, hotels, estates, barns, and unique spaces
5. Acceptable Use
5.1 Prohibited Conduct
You agree NOT to:
- Provide false, misleading, or inaccurate information
- Impersonate any person or entity
- Harass, abuse, threaten, or discriminate against other users
- Post spam or unsolicited promotions
- Upload viruses, malware, or other harmful code
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform
- Scrape or harvest user data without permission
- Use the Platform for any illegal purpose
- Create fake reviews or manipulate ratings
6. User Content
You retain ownership of content you submit to the Platform. By submitting content, you grant LetsWed a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable, transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, display, and distribute your content in connection with operating and promoting the Platform. This license continues even if you stop using the Platform, but only for content that was shared publicly or with other users.
You represent that you have all necessary rights to grant this license and that your content does not violate any third party's rights.
All content must comply with our Community Guidelines.
7. Intellectual Property
The Platform, including its design, features, and content, is owned by LetsWed and protected by intellectual property laws. The LetsWed name and logo are our trademarks.
8. Third-Party Services
The Platform integrates with third-party services:
- Stripe: Payment processing
- TalkJS: Messaging
- Uploadcare: Photo uploads
- Shopify: E-commerce
Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms.
9. Transactions Between Users
LetsWed facilitates connections between couples and vendors. We are NOT a party to any transaction between users. All contracts are directly between buyer and seller.
We do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of services or products offered, nor the ability of parties to complete transactions.
10. Disclaimers
THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.
We disclaim all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not endorse any vendor or service on the Platform.
11. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LETSWED SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amounts you paid to LetsWed in the twelve (12) months prior to the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LetsWed from any claims arising from your use of the Platform, your content, or your violation of these Terms.
13. Termination
You may terminate your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or at our discretion.
14. Dispute Resolution
14.1 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee.
14.2 Arbitration
Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Nashville, Tennessee, administered by the American Arbitration Association.
14.3 Class Action Waiver
You agree to bring claims only in your individual capacity and not as a class member.
15. Modifications
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on the Platform and updating the "Last Updated" date. For significant changes, we may also send an email notification. Your continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
16. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
17. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other agreements expressly incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and LetsWed regarding the Platform.

3. Job Distribution System
Pro & Elite Only: Job access is exclusive to Pro and Elite members. Starter and Essential members cannot view or respond to bride job posts.
How It Works
- Brides post job requests for vendor services
- Elite members get a 24-hour head start to view and respond first
- After 24 hours, Pro members gain access to respond
- Jobs appear in your dashboard based on category and location match
Why First Response Matters
Vendors who respond first are significantly more likely to be shortlisted by brides. Elite's 24-hour head start means your proposal lands before the competition.
4. Profile Requirements
- Complete your profile to appear in the vendor directory (Essential and above)
- Keep information accurate and current
- Upload real photos of your actual work
- Respond professionally to inquiries and messages
5. Upgrading & Downgrading

- Takes effect immediately
- Prorated credit for current period
- New benefits begin right away

- Takes effect at next billing cycle
- Current benefits retained until then
- Premium features (job access, featured placement) revoked at downgrade

7. Refund Policy
Monthly Subscriptions
Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable. There are no partial refunds for cancelling mid-month. When you cancel, your membership remains active until the end of your current billing period, then reverts to the free Starter tier.

Annual Subscriptions

If your membership is terminated for policy violations, no refund will be issued.

- Valid contact information
- Honest service descriptions

Profile Completion
Maintain at least 80% profile completion to appear in search results and receive job opportunities.
2. Photo & Content Standards

- Your own work or photos you have permission to use
- Real weddings/events (not stock photos)
- Representative of actual work quality
- Minimum 1200px on longest side
- No misleading edits
Client Consent
You must have appropriate consent from clients to share photos of their weddings.
Warning: Uploading photos without rights may result in content removal and account termination.
3. Business Conduct

5. Independent Contractor Status
You are an independent business, not an employee, agent, or partner of LetsWed. You:
- Control your own schedule, pricing, and service delivery
- Are responsible for your own taxes, insurance, and business expenses
- May use other platforms or marketing channels
- Make your own decisions about which clients to work with
LetsWed provides a platform for discovery and connection only.
6. Direct Transactions
LetsWed facilitates connections but is NOT a party to transactions:
- You set your own pricing
- You collect payments directly from clients
- You handle contracts, deposits, and service agreements
- Any disputes are resolved directly between you and your client
LetsWed has no liability for the quality of services you provide or any disputes arising from your transactions.

You agree NOT to:
- Solicit couples to contact you outside the Platform to avoid features
- Direct couples away before establishing contact
- Use misleading tactics to harvest contact information
- Create multiple accounts

1. Refund Policy Overview
LetsWed offers different refund terms depending on your subscription type:
- Monthly subscriptions: Non-refundable. No partial refunds for unused days.
- Annual subscriptions: Full refund available within first 30 days. Non-refundable after 30 days.

3. Monthly Subscriptions
Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable. There are no partial refunds for cancelling mid-month, regardless of the reason.
- Cancel anytime—effective at end of current billing period
- Access continues until your billing period ends
- No refund for unused days in the month
- Not charged for the following month
- Account reverts to free Starter tier
Example: Subscribe Jan 1st for $99. Cancel Jan 15th. Keep full access until Jan 31st. Not charged Feb 1st. No refund for Jan 15-31.
4. Annual Subscriptions
30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee: We want you to be confident in your investment. Annual subscribers may request a full refund within the first 30 days of purchase—no questions asked.
Within First 30 Days
- Full refund available upon request
- Email letswednashville@gmail.com with "Refund Request" in subject
- Refunds processed within 5-10 business days
- Account reverts to free Starter tier immediately
After 30 Days
- Non-refundable—no exceptions
- Cancel anytime to prevent auto-renewal
- Access continues until end of your annual term
- Not charged for the following year
Example: Subscribe Jan 1st for $990/year. Cancel Jan 20th (within 30 days) = full refund. Cancel in May (after 30 days) = no refund, but keep access until Dec 31st.
5. How to Cancel

6. What Happens After Cancellation
During Remaining Access Period
- Full access to all membership benefits
- Continue responding to job opportunities
- Ongoing conversations remain active
- Profile remains visible
After Access Period Ends
- Account reverts to free Starter tier
- Profile removed from vendor directory
- Job access revoked (if Pro/Elite)
- Basic profile and data retained
7. Marketplace Transactions
Not Covered: This policy does NOT cover marketplace transactions. Those are direct transactions between users. LetsWed cannot issue refunds for marketplace purchases.
For marketplace issues:
- Contact the other party directly
- File dispute with payment service (PayPal, etc.)
- Report violations to letswednashville@gmail.com
8. No Refunds or Credits For
- Any unused portion of monthly subscriptions
- Any unused portion of annual subscriptions
- Unused features within your tier
- Account termination due to policy violations
- Dissatisfaction with job lead quality
- Not receiving enough inquiries
- Forgot to cancel before renewal
- Change of mind after purchase
9. Billing Errors
If you believe there was a billing error (duplicate charge, charged after cancellation, etc.), contact us:

- Include your account email
- Describe the billing issue
- We will investigate and correct any errors within 5 business days
10. Chargebacks
Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank or credit card company. Filing a chargeback without first attempting to resolve the issue with us may result in:
- Immediate account suspension
- Loss of all membership benefits
- Inability to create new accounts
We are committed to resolving legitimate billing issues directly and promptly.
11. Free Trials
- No charge during trial period
- Cancel before trial ends to avoid charges
- Canceling during trial ends access immediately
- Once charged, standard non-refundable policy applies
